Jed
Jed
'During my 25 years serving in the Royal Marine Commandos I was lucky enough to be a member of a team that broke a world record, to compete internationally at sport and to undertake challenging mountaineering expeditions. This made me determined to work with people who wanted to be 'high performers'. My family plays the most important part in my life but I also enjoy all outdoor pursuits as well as watching rugby and football' During his time in the Royal Marines, Jed Spent six years at Joint Services Mountaineering centres as well as three years at the Royal Naval School of Leadership and Management Training. He joined the business world in 2001 as a lead coach heading a team of 10-12 individuals facilitating global conferences and High Performance Team workshops. He is now working closely with a number of clients, combining strategic alignment with inspirational leadership and high performance behaviours. Jed has a real passion for enabling others to achieve higher levels of performance, he is part of our TAG team since 2011.
Robbert
Robbert
Robbert turned his passion for outdoor into a career with the Royal Dutch Marine Corps (RNLMC) and specializes as a mountain leader, operating in mountainous and extreme cold weather terrain. After years of living in a “the green and white world”, he was ready to add other colors. As a management consultant he finds a new environment for his fascination about why people “do what they do”. He graduates as an organizational psychologist. His focuss areas are leadership, team development, performance management and marketing. He holds multiple licenses in psychological assessment and modeling. Both at individual and team level. A doer, combined with logical thinking. In the case of abstractions and generalities, he will get to the bottom of it and will make it tangible. Robbert's approach is direct in the dialogue with others. Hereby he never looses respect and is empathetic. Part of our TAG Team since 2023.

Adrian
My aim is to be useful to people who wish to operate at their best. What I offer, over and above conventional coaching and other cognitive approaches, are specific processes, working with the sub-conscious, that produce results and a level of skill and experience that allows me to make good use of them. I am a former Royal Marines Commando of 20 years service, finishing my time at the Commando Training Centre in Devon. In 2000 I was awarded the MBE for my part in a mountaineering expedition during which I became the 10th Briton to summit the world’s third highest mountain. Kangchenjunga, in the Eastern Himalaya stands 8,586m or 28,186ft above sea level and to date, this remains the highest altitude ever reached without oxygen by a British Serviceman. I remain very proud of this achievement which was made possible by the military as a whole and in particular, the great team I was part of. I left the military in 2004 and have enjoyed being employed on a freelance basis in the corporate ‘High Performance Team Development’ sector as well as assisting in or running many different projects. Adrian is part of our TAG Team since 2018.
